Join us in congratulating Captain Mark Charles who was recently awarded a Medal of Valor during the 21st Annual Correctional Employee of the Year Awards ceremony held at the Massachusetts State House. Captain Charles earned the honor by apprehending a suspect who had allegedly committed larceny over $250 at a local supermarket and was attempting to flee an Everett Police Department Officer on Revere Beach Parkway.
