Suffolk County Sheriff Steven W. Tompkins recently attended the City of Boston’s “Summer Learning Kick–Off” at Sportsmen’s Tennis Club and Enrichment Center (STEC) in Dorchester with Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, Boston Public School (BPS) Superintendent Tommy Chang, Chris Smith of Boston After School & Beyond and Principal Alexander Mathews from the Sarah Greenwood School.

The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department is once again hard at work planting the seeds for potential success with inmates at the House of Correction. Literally.
