Members of the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department recently joined the City of Boston at their Boston Open Streets event in Dorchester on Dorchester Avenue, between Ashmont Street and Freeport Street. Administering the SCSD Ident-A-Youth fingerprinting program and giving out the Department’s “Safety Tips for Kids” coloring books, crayons and Junior Deputy badges, the Department’s representatives had a great time helping to make the event fun and safe for everyone.
