Suffolk County Sheriff Steven W Tompkins recently joined a symposium focused on reentry held on the grounds of his alma mater, Boston College, and hosted by the Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy. Moderating the panel was Anthony Benedetti, Chief Counsel for the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) and the other panelists included: Pamerson Ifill, Massachusetts Commissioner of Probation; Brandy Fluker Oakley State Representative 12th Suffolk District; Andrew Peck, Undersecretary for the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security; and Meghan Winston, Chief Parole Supervisor, Transitional Services for the Massachusetts Parole Board.
