During the second half of the show, host Seth McCoy interviews the Louis D. Brown Peace Institute’s Director of Operations Milton Jones and Director of Training Rachel Fazzino. Mr. Jones, a homicide survivor himself, has been involved with the organization since 2007. He discussed the recent location change for the Peace Institute while Ms. Fazzino touched on the implementation of the “PEACEZONE” peace curriculum, which teaches loss and grief social skills to young children. The Louis D. Brown Peace Institute Mission is to serves as a center of healing, teaching and learning for families and communities dealing with murder, trauma, grief and loss.
