During the second half of the show, host Seth McCoy welcomes Sharon Reilly from Cradles to Crayons to discuss their work providing students, with little economic means, a chance at academic success. Founded in 2002 Cradles to Crayon provides children from 0-12, high quality, used or new goods in hopes of building self-confidence and relieving family’s of a costly burdens. Ms. Reilly later describe the KidPacks programs; an initiative that, by start of school year 2014, will have provided nearly 7,000 students with books, pencils, clothes and backpacks.
