During the first half of the show, host Seth McCoy interviews Stacy Malone from the Victim Rights Law Center (VRLC). Ms. Malone discusses topics ranging from assaults on college campuses to breaking the stigma of sexual abuse. The VRLC provides consultation and legal representation in the areas of privacy, education, immigration, employment, public benefits, housing and safety for those who have been sexually assaulted. Because so many aspects of a person’s life can be affected by one single incident of sexual assault, the VRLC acts as support to serve as many clients’ legal needs as possible.
