Our Summer Enrichment Program participants had an awesome time visiting with the Winthrop Harbormaster Department, where they rode in patrol boats and learned about the Harbormaster’s work in conjunction with the Winthrop Police and Fire Departments, Massachusetts State Police, U.S. Coast Guard and FEMA.
